Practical Engineering designed and laid out a crushing circuit for Index EMS. From concept sketches we produced draft designs, performed structural analysis, and delivered layout drawings, as well as providing civil foundation design.

We worked closely with Index EMS’s third party suppliers to ensure that all equipment met the required operating constraints.

These included:

• Conveyors
• Vibrating Screens
• Bins
• Loader Ramps

We also undertook structural analysis to ensure compliance to Australian Standards. New and existing plant was combined to deliver a material handling system to meet Index EMS’s production needs. 3D modelling of equipment allowed quick assessment of plant layout options. For the duration of the project Practical Engineering acted as the Index EMS engineering department delivering a structurally compliant and efficient plant layout.
